You can avail service at any garage of your choice, but preferred network garages offer cashless benefits and priority claim approvals. Non-network garages require upfront payment and reimbursement claims, which take longer to process.

Claim settlement may take longer as you'll need to pay upfront and file a reimbursement claim with invoices.
