Mr. Alok Kumar Agarwal is the Managing Director &amp; Chief Executive Officer of Zurich Kotak General Insurance (“Zurich Kotak”), bringing with him over 30 years of extensive experience in both Insurance and non-insurance sectors.Prior to joining Zurich Kotak, Mr. Agarwal had a remarkable 22-years tenure with ICICI Lombard General Insurance (“ICICI Lombard”) , where he served as Executive Director and held several senior leadership positions across Corporate, SME, Government, Rural, Crop, Retail business lines. In his most recent role, he led Retail business within the Emerging Market Group and also played a pivotal role in driving the success of Wholesale Group for over two decades. Under his visionary leadership, the Company achieved significant milestones, including robust growth, strong market positions in key product segments and sustained top-tier profitability. He was instrumental in forging and nurturing strong corporate and reinsurance partnerships, which contributed to the company’s long-term success.Mr. Agarwal began his professional journey with Reliance Industries, where he worked as an Engineer, laying the foundation for his career.He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

With a Masters in Financial Management from NMIMS, Suresh has almost three decades of experience in Information Technology domain across Insurance, Manufacturing and Software sectors under his belt.

Before joining the team at Kotak, Mehul worked with organisations like ICICI Lombard, Tata AIG, L&amp;T General Insurance &amp; Ernst &amp; Young.He has been an active contributor to the profession and industry by being Council Member of IAI, Chair and member of General Insurance Advisory board, Chair and member of Audit Committee of IAI, chair and member of IRDAI constituted committees.

He is an integral part of the founding team which set up the General Insurance business in 2015.&nbsp;Previously, he was associated with Ace Derivatives &amp; Commodities Exchange Ltd. as Head Finance in which a regional exchange was transformed into a nationwide exchange.

He is responsible for managing the company's investments within the overall framework as laid down by the Investment Committee and the IRDAI. Prior to joining Kotak General Insurance in April, 2020, he was associated with Essel Mutual Fund as a Fund Manager managing all the Fixed Income schemes. He has also worked with Acko General Insurance, Taurus Mutual Fund and CRISIL Ltd.Archit is a commerce graduate from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce &amp; Economics and holds a PGDBM (Finance) from N.L.Dalmia Institute of Management Studies &amp; Research. Parshant Arora is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Zurich Kotak General Insurance Company (India) Limited.

Parshant Arora is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Zurich Kotak General Insurance Company (India) Limited. He is responsible for Zurich Kotak’s Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Regulatory Affairs and helps to align Company’s Legal &amp; Compliance strategies with broader organisational goals, ensuring that good governance is a catalyst for the sustainable growth.Before assuming his current position in 2022, Parshant already has a rich experience of Legal, Compliance and Secretarial Matters and he has worked with a General Insurance player Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited for close to a decade where he has handled Legal, Compliance and Product development role for Health and non-motor Products. Parshant has also worked with Blue Dart Express Limited for about 4 years where he handled Board related Matters of a listed Company and Corporate Legal functions. He started his career by working with various law firms as an intern. He possesses good understanding of General Insurance Business and distribution which complements his role.He has a profound understanding of the intricate regulatory landscape that governs the Indian Insurance industry and helps the company to navigate through complex regulatory challenges and in developing a robust governance in the Company. He started as an electrical engineer with Tata Steel right after graduating from REC Jamshedpur, where he was in the top 5 percentile of students. Post his stint with the Tata’s, he moved on to complete his post-graduation in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.He has worked across various sectors in the HR domain in companies like Ocwen Financials, Mercer Consulting and McDonald’s before joining Zurich Kotak General Insurance (Formerly known as Kotak General Insurance) as Head of HR. His in-depth work in HR includes Total Rewards, HRMS implementations, process improvements &amp; organizational development &amp; learning. Vinayak has keen interests in technology &amp; music; is an avid quizzer &amp; programmer and has also participated in the Mathematics Olympiad.
