8. Submit and download the receipt: After submission, download the application acknowledgement. It carries the reference number you will need for tracking.

9. Visit the RTO if biometric verification is required: A few states require an in-person visit for biometric or signature capture even after online submission. The portal will show this requirement on your acknowledgement.

Offline Process to Change Driving Licence Address
