  • A copy of your original registration certificate

  • A copy of your third-party life insurance for the bike

  • The PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate copy or Emission Test Certificate copy

  • Form 29 and 30 for the bike re-registration process

  • Copy of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the RTO (Regional Transport Office)

  • Go to the official website of the Parivahan Sewa. Select the option ‘Online Service.’

  • Choose the option ‘Vehicle Related Service’ from the pop-up menu that appears on the screen

  • Select the State name from the drop-down menu

  • Then, click on Apply for a new registration vehicle. Choose Apply for a NOC-issued vehicle.

  • Enter your vehicle registration number and proceed

  • Select the option ownership transfer. Input chassis number. Input mobile number. Click on Generate OTP and enter it within the time limit

  • Click on the option Show Details to download application forms

  • Upload the required documents (The list of documents may vary from state to state)

  • Make payment for bike RC transfer. Download its receipt and take out the printout.
