First things first. Check out the following list of documents that you need while applying for the bike registration transfer process:
A copy of your original registration certificate
A copy of your third-party life insurance for the bike
The PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate copy or Emission Test Certificate copy
Form 29 and 30 for the bike re-registration process
Copy of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the RTO (Regional Transport Office)
The chassis number and engine number etched on your bike
ID proof or local address proof of the new bike owner
Passport-size photos of the bike's new owner
Form 60/61/and the PAN card details of the bike's new owner.
If you’ve been applying for a bike registration certificate transfer within a state, you have to pay a nominal fee. You only have to pay INR 30 to INR 35 as bike transfer charges. Follow the given steps:
Go to the official website of the Parivahan Sewa. Select the option ‘Online Service.’
Choose the option ‘Vehicle Related Service’ from the pop-up menu that appears on the screen
Select the State name from the drop-down menu
Then, click on Apply for a new registration vehicle. Choose Apply for a NOC-issued vehicle.
Enter your vehicle registration number and proceed
Select the option ownership transfer. Input chassis number. Input mobile number. Click on Generate OTP and enter it within the time limit
Click on the option Show Details to download application forms
Upload the required documents (The list of documents may vary from state to state)
Make payment for bike RC transfer. Download its receipt and take out the printout.
