Everything is good from admission and insurance side only drawback is from hospital faculty and doctor... Not drawback basically its kind of inconvenience where everything takes lot of time even if patient is suffering lot and also no visit from doctor to patient room staff mentioned he was very busy with surgeries.. these kind of things thats it ... remaining overall its good

I had a fabulous experience with my recent claim, and I would especially like to appreciate Soubhagya, the surveyor assigned to my case.From the day I filed my claim on Saturday, Soubhagya was extremely helpful. Even though it was a weekend, I requested him to complete the survey on the same day, and he kindly did so. Because of his support, everything was sorted by Monday. Once the underlying body was dismantled, he surveyed it again quickly, and the approval was cleared without any delay.After the car was fixed, he was also very prompt in completing the invoice and D.O. process, which helped me get my car back on the same day.Overall, once the claim ID was added and Soubhagya was assigned, the whole process became very smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his support, responsiveness, and professionalism. 100 out of 100 for Soubhagya and the excellent help he provided.

All are good and mostly I am seeing few things are left out in claim, other insurance I am seeing I am get 95% of bill as claim amount, but here around 80% is covering, I am not sure if any is missing.
