First of all thank you very much for timely support and claim process. I am extremely happy the way things were handle and processed the claim without much follow-up. I would like to put on records the service provided by shri Varaprasad who handled claim starting from survey to claim settlement is extremely outstanding.I would like to put one suggestion that, if you can mark the not passed work in the bill with reason to do will be useful for understanding of customers as invoice from garage will all be having only coded items description which is very difficult to understand.There is a delay from the workshop service and so repair delayed and took 3 months is the only inconvenience.Anyhow thank you once again.
