The surveyors demeanor was very polite and professional. He arrived on time, completed the vehicle survey, and made the process very smooth. His support during the claims process was excellent. Very helpful.

Had undergone severe stress and strain to register the claim as the bot was ineffective. Even after two attempts and over 30 - 40 minutes the bot just cut off the process. It was a frustrating experience. Also, could not download the claim form too. Finally registered the claim through Policy Bazaar and got the claim form from the workshop. Please work on these. Otherwise it was an appreciable experience and claim was approved within good timeliness.

Kotak Zurich staff who handled my claim were polite and kind. Proper guidance provided through out the claim process. The claim was settled in a timely manner. Kotak Zurich Insurance is reliable and trustworthy. Henceforth, all my insurance will be through Kotak Zurich. I would recommend Kotak Zurich insurance to all my family members and friends.

The surveyor took his sweet time to do the survey ( Late). He then took 2-3 days after all the work was done for the final payment process. I had to wait for 3 days before receiving the vehicle. He then has the audacity to call me up for a 10/10 feedback. All this while talking in a very rudely. He wanted me to be thankful to him that he approved all the accidental parts as if he is doing me a favour. No sir, I have paid enough insurance premium to be treated this way by the surveyor. Please train your employees so that they can talk to the customers professionally.

I had opted for all the available add-ons, and this was the second time I purchased the policy after specifically adding all the necessary add-ons. Despite having comprehensive coverage and paying the premium accordingly, I was still charged ₹1,035 at the workshop.I feel this is disappointing, especially considering that I had taken the policy again with all the add-ons expecting better coverage and minimal out-of-pocket expenses.Apart from this issue, the overall service and experience were good. However, this unexpected ₹1,035 workshop charge has left me very dissatisfied. I request Kotak General Insurance to please review this matter and clarify why I was charged despite having all the add-ons.
