Overall experience was good. It was easy to connect to an assosiate over the phone. Just one thing, when I submitted the name change request through the application it was showing in progress for 4-5 days but when I called the assosiate he mentioned that it is already done, after the call I received the name change letter in my email in 20 Minutes.
