Sure. When I go to jospital with severe complications doctor suggested for immediate surgery to avoid further complications. As soon as I realized I will have surgery for first time I approached insurance team at hospital and provided my insurance Id and insurance company details then hospital teammapproached insurance team and with in hour insurance company team authorized approval based on surgery needed for me. And hospital team and doctor did surgery and cared me until I discharged from hospital in good way. Overall experience is good with insurance company and hospital team. Thank you

Overall good experience. No such hiccups in entire admission to discharge process. All staffincluding doctors nurses attendants etc. are quite professional and helpful.
