Im still overwhelmed with gratitude as I reflect on my recent kidney transplant journey at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital. The entire experience was nothing short of miraculous and Im convinced that its because of exceptional care I received from amazing team of doctors nurses and staff. Dr. Bhupendra Gandhi and his team were absolute rockstars Their expertise compassion and kindness put me at ease during time when I was feeling incredibly vulnerable. They explained everything in detail answered all my questions and made sure I felt informed and empowered throughout process. But what truly made my experience stand out was nursing staff. They were like family to me during my stay. From gentle way they cared for me to encouraging words they shared they made me feel seen heard and loved. Ill never forget nurse who surprised me with warm blanket on chilly night or one who took time to listen to my concerns and worries. They were angels in scrubs and Im forever grateful for their love and care. A special mention to Manager Elizabeth Nurse Akshata and sheri pco staff Aben and Alanthu and Vinayak The hospitals facilities were top-notch but it was people who truly made difference. Everyone from administrative staff to housekeeping team was friendly helpful and kind. They made me feel like I was part of big supportive family.
