The part of kotak is good but I hope approval take some time and no contract with services providers lead to delays.As for service provider , services are slow , parts are not available and service time is too high

The automated system made the process unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.For something as important as an insurance incident report, customers should have a smoother and more reliable experience with easier access to human support when technical problems occur.I request that the reporting system and customer support process be improved to make claims assistance more user-friendly and dependable.
