I am glad that I chose Kotak as my preferred Insurer. Be it the clam manager Mr. Anindya or the surveyor, both were just a call away. They both guided me in each and every step starting from claim registration till payment and I did not had any issue in any of the steps . Each steps were communicated by mail .Overall I would also be recommending my peers to go with Kotak only as it has the best service.
