Im extremely elated and surprised at the quick response of the surveyor and lightening speed processing of claim. The replacement tyre covered under tyre protector plan was delayed at the workshop end but as soon as it arrived, the surveyor was informed and he took immediate action without delay in claim processing. Definitely recommend!

All good and the team was helpful especially claims head. Rarely do you find the manager understanding the authenticity of the claim. Overall good experience.
