I have no bonding for taking a category of room, however during claim the category issued economic i.e. general ward. At the time of discharge it took whole day.

Overall experience with Zurich Kotak was smooth and satisfactory, with easy claim registration, quick processing, and strong support from the workshop and documentation process.However, the interaction with the surveyor was average and could have been more responsive and proactive, though the process remained manageable. I would especially like to appreciate Manish Sir, who handled my vehicle policy with great professionalism. Even though I did not know him personally, I trusted his guidance while taking the policy, and he proved to be very reliable, cooperative, and supportive throughout the entire process. His polite behavior and commitment to helping customers truly made a positive difference in my experience.
