Overall experience claim process was quick and easy. But the service experience in workshop was not satisfactory because they put damage on my dashboard.

Before taking policy I was a bit confused because I always purchase insurance policy from new India assurance for my car and for my bike but last time when I apply for reimbursement for my bike they didnt helped me or just ignored my issue. Thats why now I purchased Zurich Kotak policy and it was very good experience so now I am planning to purchase a new policy for my bike also.
