Vehicle claim process was handled well. The insurance team responded quickly and ensured on-time delivery of the vehicle. Body shop work was generally good; however, some fitting work was not done properly and could be improved.

Great and prompt service by surveyor. He was prompt and quick to address all the concerns to my satisfaction. His prompt action allowed timely survey of the vehicle, quick assessment and approval of claim and finally grant for DO for timely delivery of the vehicle.

Got the reimbursement without any follow up. However, the minus point is that there is no physical office of the TPA is present in the entire Nort East Zone. Though, amount reimbursed before we require to follow up the matter. It is very helpful for us.
