Overall, my experience with Zurich Kotak insurance claim settlement was extremely smooth, and I rate your team 10/10. However, I am quite disappointed with Policybazaar, through whom I bought this policy. They failed to fulfill a key commitment they made to me during the process. Because of Policybazaar’s unfulfilled promise, I am leaving a lower rating here.
