Hey Team , It was a wonderful experience with Zurich kotak during my claim process as my vehicle burnt in accident and comes in total damage , i was really worried about my insurance and claim settlement because this is my time to get in this type of situation but hopefully i got my full claim settlement of new car in 90 days. I would say everyone should take RTI add-on on insurance for first 3 years it’s a gem.
