I am totally satisfied with Kotaks response from start to end. They responded well. They were regularly following with dealer to get work done. They were proactive in getting work done from dealer and to get invoice generated and processed payment on time.

Overall i feel Zurich kotak best insurance because it take low premium but claim process is comparatively easy and fast.
