Health & Wellness Benefits
Zurich Kotak believes in taking care of employees’ health and well-being, and as a part of our employee benefits, we offer the following:
Group Mediclaim Insurance
Mediclaim insurance is an amount contributed to a health plan by Zurich Kotak to cover employees and their family members in bearing sudden hospitalization costs.
Employee, Spouse & Children (ESC) are covered under this policy, with starting sum insured is INR 5,00,000 moving upwards as per various grades.
Employees can also cover their parents/In-laws under voluntary group parental /in-laws Mediclaim policy.
Employees can opt for top up policy to seek additional coverage.
Maternity benefit is payable to the insured employee or their spouse. It covers hospitalization expenses related to childbirth for both normal delivery and C-section.
Group Personal Accident Insurance
Group personal accident insurance is extended to assist employees when they meet with any accident and are physically incapable of working for a duration of time or permanently. Medical expenses due to accident are covered under group Mediclaim insurance.
The policy provides comprehensive coverage for various disability and mortality events. It also covers both permanent total disability and permanent partial disability, ensuring that you receive support based on the severity of the injury. Additionally, the policy offers temporary total disability coverage, providing a weekly payment benefit.
Group Term Life Insurance
Group term life insurance is extended to assist financial independence to the concerned employee’s family in the event of death. It is intended to provide monetary guarantee to the beneficiary of the covered under group term life insurance plan in case of death of the insured. Natural and accidental death are also covered under this policy.
Crèche Benefit
Crèche benefit or motherhood allowance offers reimbursement of childcare facilities for women employees and single fathers. This program helps them balance professional and family responsibilities, drives our diversity agenda and enables women employees return to work post-childbirth.
