Step 1. Planned hospitalisation:
Let us know 48 hours before admission to get pre-authorisation.

Step 2.  Emergency admission:
If hospitalisation is unexpected, call us at 1800 266 4545 within 24 hours to register your claim.

Step 2. Settle & collect documents:
Pay bills at the hospital and keep all relevant documents. Submit the originals within 30 days of discharge.

Step 3. At the hospital:
Show your Policy Certificate at any of our network hospitals to enjoy cashless treatment. You can now access cashless treatment in any hospitals, just check the delisted hospitals list here.

Pay only the deductible and any applicable depreciation value, as advised by our surveyor.
